Privacy Policy

  • AirBaggd is committed to protecting user privacy. We collect and process personal data only for service fulfillment, fraud prevention, and improving user experience. Data is not shared with third parties except when required by law or with user consent. Users can request data deletion or modifications by contacting support.

Terms of Service

  • By using AirBaggd, users agree to abide by platform rules, including compliance with baggage size and weight restrictions, adherence to security guidelines, and respect for courier and recipient privacy. Any violations may result in
    suspension or account termination.

Weight

By using AirBaggd, users agree to the following:

  •  Any item under 1 pound weight is rounded up to 1 pound and may be applicable
    to a baseline price. 
  • We charge for partial pounds

Estimated Weight

By using AirBaggd, users agree that all estimated weights provided are subject to AirBaggd verification and reweight.  Upon receipt and reweight of your shipment by AirBaggd, the actual weight will be communicated.

Anti-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy

AirBaggd does not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected status. Any reports of discrimination will be investigated and may result in removal from the platform.

Security and Safety Policy

All users must comply with security regulations, including providing valid identification, ensuring baggage contents meet regulatory requirements, and avoiding prohibited or hazardous materials. AirBaggd reserves the right to inspect or reject any baggage that violates safety standards. A shipment will be deemed unacceptable if it contains any of the following:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, air guns, or replica
    firearms. 
  • Counterfeit goods, cash, bullion (of any precious metal), or live animals.
  • Prohibited animal parts or remains (e.g., ivory), human remains or ashes, loose
    precious or semi-precious stones.
  •  Cannabis or its derivatives, narcotics, or any other illegal substances.
  • Hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or items classified as prohibited or
    restricted by TSA and other relevant regulations.
  •  Items that cannot be transported safely or legally by AirBaggd.

Unclaimed Shipments Policy

If you do not complete the shipment process after your items have been mailed to us and your order has been processed, you have seven
(7) days to arrange for pickup. The same applies if delivery fails after two (2) attempts. Failure to retrieve your items within this timeframe will result in storage fees. If the items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they would be sold to recover costs associated with
storage and lost business opportunities. We are not liable to any damages that occur after the first seven (7) days.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments must be completed before services are rendered. Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified time frame or if the service is not fulfilled as agreed. AirBaggd reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent activities.

Courier and Traveler Responsibilities

Couriers and travelers are responsible for ensuring the integrity of transported baggage. They must adhere to pick-up and drop-off schedules, communicate promptly about any issues, and handle baggage with care. Any disputes will be resolved through AirBaggd’s mediation process.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Users experiencing disputes must first attempt to resolve issues through AirBaggd’s in-app support. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued. Legal action is considered a last resort.

Compliance with Local and International Laws

Users must adhere to all applicable travel, customs, and shipping laws. AirBaggd does not support any illegal or restricted transportation of goods. Violations may lead to legal consequences and permanent removal from the platform.

Customer Support Policy

AirBaggd provides customer support via WhatsApp messaging, and email. Users experiencing issues should report them immediately for resolution.

Changes to Policies

AirBaggd reserves the right to update policies as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
