    ๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping & Package Policies

    Package Submission Compliance Policy

    All packages must be authorized and the required AirBaggd forms completed and submitted before mailingโ€”any items sent without prior approval will be reported or discarded within 3 days.

    Weight Policy

    • Any item under 1 pound is rounded up to 1 pound and may be subject to a baseline price.
    • We charge for partial pounds.

    Estimated Weight Policy

    All estimated weights provided by users are subject to AirBaggd verification and reweighing. Upon receipt, the actual weight will be communicated to the user.

    Unclaimed Shipments Policy

    If you do not complete the shipment process after mailing items to us, or if delivery fails after two attempts, you have 7 days to arrange pickup.

    • After 7 days: storage fees apply.
    • After 30 days: items may be sold to recover associated costs.

    AirBaggd is not liable for any damages occurring after the initial 7-day period.

    Security and Safety Policy

    All users must comply with safety regulations, including ID verification and prohibited items screening. Shipments containing the following are unacceptable:

    • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or replicas
    • Cash, bullion, counterfeit goods, live animals
    • Human remains, ivory, precious stones
    • Cannabis, narcotics, illegal substances
    • Hazardous/dangerous goods restricted by TSA
    • Items deemed unsafe or illegal for transport

    Compliance with Local and International Laws

    Users must comply with all relevant shipping, travel, and customs regulations. AirBaggd does not support illegal or restricted items. Violations may result in removal from the platform and legal action.

    Package Terms of Service

    By using AirBaggd, users agree to:

    • Abide by baggage size and weight limits
    • Follow safety protocols
    • Respect courier and recipient privacy

    Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

    Payment and Refund Policy

    • Payment is required before service fulfillment.
    • Refunds are granted for qualifying cancellations or unfulfilled services.
    • Refunds may be denied if fraudulent activity is suspected.

    Dispute Resolution Policy

    • Disputes must first be submitted via in-app support.
    • If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may follow.
    • Legal action is considered a last resort.

    Courier and Traveler Responsibilities

    Couriers/travelers must:

    • Keep baggage secure and handle it responsibly
    • Adhere to pick-up/drop-off times
    • Communicate any delays or issues

    Disputes will be mediated through AirBaggd.

    Anti-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy

    AirBaggd prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, nationality, or any protected status. Violators may be removed from the platform following investigation.

    We do not share data with third parties unless legally required or with user consent. Users can request data deletion or updates by contacting support.

    We offer customer support via WhatsApp and email. Users should report issues promptly to ensure fast resolution.

    AirBaggd Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

    1. Purpose

    This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy is designed to ensure that AirBaggd, a service of Voila Direct Inc., complies with all applicable laws and regulations aimed at preventing the use of its services for money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

    2. Scope

    This policy applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and customers of AirBaggd involved in shipping operations between the United States and Ghana.

    3. Policy Statement

    AirBaggd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. We are committed to internal controls to detect and prevent misuse of our services.

    4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

    • Verify the identity of all customers prior to shipment.
    • Maintain records of identification, shipping orders, and payments.
    • Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers and jurisdictions.

    5. Record Keeping

    All AML-related records will be maintained for a minimum of five (5) years.

    6. Monitoring and Reporting

    • Continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activities.
    • Report suspicious transactions to FinCEN and the FIC as applicable.

    7. Training and Awareness

    All staff will receive annual AML training.

    8. Oversight and Review

    A designated Compliance Officer will oversee and review AML program effectiveness.


    AirBaggd Terms of Service (ToS)

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using the AirBaggd platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

    2. Services Provided

    AirBaggd offers package delivery between the USA and Ghana, including "Buy For Me," "Mail To Us," and drop-off services.

    3. Eligibility

    Users must be 18+ and capable of entering legal agreements.

    4. User Responsibilities

    • No illegal or prohibited use.
    • No shipping of restricted or contraband goods.
    • No provision of false or misleading information.

    5. Payment and Fees

    Users must pay all service fees before shipment. Shipments require full or partial payment in advance.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    AirBaggd's liability is limited to the declared shipment value or $100, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under Maryland law.

    8. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies agreement to changes.
